LOCATION
San Francisco, CA
(On-site, up to 5 days per week; increased presence when leadership is on-site)
COMPENSATION
$150K - $180K base + Overtime + Equity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support the Office of the Founders at a dynamic, fast-paced AI startup. This is a pivotal, high-trust role working with senior leadership who operate with exceptional speed and scope.
The ideal candidate is polished, highly adaptable, and operates with discretion and poise under shifting priorities. You’ll collaborate with existing executive support staff to execute logistics, travel, meeting coordination, and special projects with precision and foresight.
This role is integral to the company’s growing administrative function and demands ownership mentality, superior judgment, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide executive-level support to the Office of the Founders
- Collaborate with primary EAs to coordinate high-complexity travel, meetings, and logistics
- Support in-person meetings, events, and on-site logistics
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of leadership travel, offsites, and key events
- Act as liaison with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Build strong relationships across the company while safeguarding leadership priorities
- Organize internal functions such as executive dinners and team gatherings
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and flexibility to meet evolving needs
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in executive support or related high-level administrative roles
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Exceptional time management and adaptability
- Anticipatory mindset with strong service orientation
- High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
- Proficiency with tools like Google Suite and Slack
- Willingness to be fully onsite in San Francisco
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting founder-level or C-suite executives
- Previous work in a fast-growing startup environment
- Familiarity with dual or floating EA structures
- Strong event and logistics management skills
